All manuscripts submitted to Jus Scriptum Law Journal undergo a stringent double-anonymous peer-review process. Before peer review, each manuscript is assessed for English-language quality, novelty, originality, and relevance to the Journal’s focus and scope.
Information collected through the publishing platform is used exclusively for the stated editorial and publication purposes and is not made available for any other purpose or to any other party.
Jus Scriptum Law Journal is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and ethical responsibility in scholarly publishing. The Journal aligns its editorial and publication practices with the Core Practices of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
Editors, reviewers, authors, and editorial staff are expected to uphold these standards throughout submission, peer review, and publication. Plagiarism, data fabrication or falsification, duplicate publication, authorship disputes, undisclosed conflicts of interest, reviewer misconduct, citation manipulation, and other ethical concerns are addressed in accordance with COPE Core Practices and official decision-making flowcharts.
Where an issue is not expressly covered by the Journal’s internal policies, the Editorial Board relies on COPE guidance to reach a fair, transparent, and consistent resolution.

Every manuscript undergoes double-blind peer review. The identities of authors and reviewers remain anonymous, and submissions are assessed for originality, legal reasoning, methodological soundness, relevance, and contribution to existing scholarship.
Jus Scriptum Law Journal is an open-access journal. Readers may freely read, download, cite, and share published articles for lawful academic and non-commercial purposes.
The Journal follows a rolling-submission policy. Manuscripts may be submitted throughout the year and, following successful peer review and editorial approval, are scheduled for the next available issue.
