How we evaluate manuscripts to maintain academic rigor
Jus Scriptum follows a rigorous double-blind peer review process. Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent reviewers who are experts in the relevant field. The reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on originality, significance, methodology, clarity, and adherence to ethical standards.
Initial Screening
The editorial team reviews the manuscript for compliance with submission guidelines, scope relevance, and basic quality standards.
Double-Blind Assignment
Qualifying manuscripts are assigned to at least two independent reviewers who are experts in the relevant field. Author identities are concealed.
Expert Evaluation
Reviewers evaluate originality, methodology, significance, clarity, and adherence to ethical standards.
Editorial Decision
Based on reviewer recommendations, the Editor-in-Chief makes the final decision: accept, revise, or reject.
