About Square Circle Clinic
Square Circle Clinic is a leading criminal justice initiative under NALSAR University of Law. With offices in New Delhi, Pune, Nagpur, and Hyderabad, the Clinic focuses on pro bono defence for death row inmates and undertrials, as well as impactful research in areas such as forensics, mental health, torture, and legal aid.
About the Internship
Through this call for interns, The Square Circle Clinic aims to develop a robust and rewarding internship programme that will provide meaningful exposure to criminal justice issues in India. Towards that aim, we are pleased to introduce our internship policy, under which we seek to accept interns on a rolling basis.
Eligibility
Open to students enrolled in UG/PG programmes in law, humanities, social sciences, psychology, psychiatry, or media & communication. Preference given to listed disciplines.
Stipend
₹10,000 for full-time (per 4 weeks), ₹5,000 for part-time
Duration
Full-time (4–12 weeks) or part-time (12 weeks minimum)
Location
New Delhi, Pune, Nagpur
